tochkaG application В· Effective date: 2026-04-24
Summary. tochkaG is a client application that lets the user connect to their own personal, home or corporate server using the VLESS and WireGuard protocols. Typical use cases: connecting to a corporate network, reaching a home server while traveling, protecting the device’s traffic on untrusted public Wi-Fi.
The developer does NOT operate any VPN service, does NOT own any servers and does NOT supply connection parameters. All connection parameters are entered by the user. No user traffic is collected, logged or transmitted to the developer — this is a technical fact, not a policy statement: the developer is not in the data path.
This Privacy Policy describes what data the developer Ales Day (the “Developer”) processes in connection with the mobile application tochkaG (the “App”), how that data is used and what rights users have.
tochkaG is a client application for iOS that lets the user establish a secure network connection between their device and a server to which the user has legitimate access.
Typical use cases:
Functionally the App is analogous to an email client (Apple Mail), an SSH client or an FTP client: it provides a user interface and the user supplies the endpoint details.
The App is NOT intended for:
The Developer:

The App does not collect or transmit any data about the user’s activity to the Developer. Specifically, the App does not collect:
No traffic logs. The Developer does not sit on the path between the device and the server, so logging user traffic is technically impossible.
The following items are stored in the iOS secure storage on the user’s device and are not transmitted to the Developer:
All of the above is fully removed when the App is uninstalled via iOS.
The App may offer to protect saved connection parameters with Face ID or Touch ID. The biometric check is performed entirely by iOS and the Secure Enclave. Biometric data is never transmitted to the App or to the Developer.
If the user contacts the support email, the Developer receives the user’s email and the content of the message. These data are used solely to respond and are not disclosed to third parties.
The user chooses the server to which they connect and must have a legitimate basis for the connection (for example: employment with the owner of the corporate server, ownership of their own server, permission from the server’s owner). The operator of that server is an independent party, may keep its own logs and may disclose user data to authorities in accordance with applicable law. The Developer is not responsible for the server operator.
The App is not intended for persons under the age of 17.
The Developer does not sell personal data and does not transfer it to third parties for commercial purposes. Disclosure may occur only:
Because the Developer does not collect any data about the user’s traffic, producing any such data in response to any request is technically impossible.
The App uses open-source software to implement the VLESS and WireGuard protocols. A complete list is available in the “About” screen inside the App and at tochkaG.online/licenses.txt.
Depending on the applicable jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) the user has rights to access, rectify or erase their personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Requests: petrosinapn@yandex.ru. The Developer will respond within 30 days.
The App does not track the user across other apps and websites, does not use IDFA and does not trigger the ATT prompt.
The current version of this Policy is published inside the App and at tochkaG.online/privacy-policy. Material changes take effect on the date of publication.
